Contingency Search.
The client consults our firm on a position to be filled, but does not commit to any payment unless and until a placement is made. This search option fits when time frame and urgency on the fulfillment are not critical in nature. Full payment is due on employee’s start date.
Priority Search.
The client secures our firm to conduct an urgent search to fill one or several positions. The search team guarantees delivery of top quality talented leaders in the fastest time possible. An initial deposit is required, and the client pays the balance of the fee when a placement is completed.
